The Quills: Valentine’s Evening - Just Desserts Menu

We always go to town with our Valentine's plans and this year we offered a 7 course tasting menu of only desserts.  We also based all of the dishes around 7 of our favourite cocktails, bringing together some fantastic flavour and texture combinations.

Green apple mousse with cinnamon apple crisp


Pina Colada

Coconut panna cotta, pineapple & chilli salsa with Malibu syrup


Amaretto Sour

Cherry & almond polenta cake with cherries in Amaretto syrup

Miniature croquembouche stack filled with Contrieu Cream, topped with dark chocolate sauce and brandy caramel
