CHRISTMAS MENU BOOKING POLICY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

Christmas menu bookings require a £10 deposit per guest (non-refundable), which will be deducted from your final bill. All Christmas bookings are available by pre-order only. Preorder must be received not later than 14 days before your booking date. Please send your pre-order to the following email ONLY: BOOKINGS@THEQUILLS.CO.UK

You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your pre-order. Changes cannot be made after this time (number of guests, menu choices or booking date & time), and your order will be served and charged fully based on your preorder, regardless of the number of attending guests on the day.

The evening booking slots for a party of 7 people or more will be 17:00 to 19:30 or 19:45 to 22:30.

Any last-minute bookings are subject to the availability of menu items & timing. If the booking is made within two weeks of the date, no refund or change can be made. All items are subject to availability. If this occurs, we reserve the right to inform you about substitute choices of equal or higher quality & value which you can order.

Please read the allergen information attached to the menu (or scan the QR code) and kindly inform us if there is any allergy or dietary requirement.

NORMAL MENU BOOKING POLICY

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY — (NORMAL MENU)

All bookings of more than 6 people require:

  • £5 deposit, per person, to confirm the reservation. If the deposit is not received, the booking is NOT confirmed

  • You can only modify or cancel for a full refund until 3 (72 hours) days before the reservation. No-shows are non-refundable. (14 days during the Christmas period) notice for the change of number of guests, Non-refundable deposit after 72 hours. (Non-refundable deposit after 7 days for bookings of 7 or more people)

  • Pre-orders are required for bookings of 12 or more people, and pre-orders must be sent a minimum of 7 days before the booking date.

  • Full payment must be paid based on pre-orders and the total food & drink will be served regardless of non-attending guests.

  • Any last-minute bookings are subject to the availability of food items & timing. No refund or change can be made if the booking is made within 72 hours,

  • Please note that our menus are subject to change without notice. If any of your party members have dietary requirements or allergies, please let the restaurant team know in advance.
