Online Dining Bookings

Subject to availability, online bookings will be accepted, however we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to unforseen circumstances e.g. absences or equipment failure. 
Parties of 8 or more are expected to provide pre-orders and a deposit may be requested.  We will contact the party organiser after booking is scheduled in order to arrange pre-orders.

Online Events & Ticket Purchase

Refunds are only available 7 days prior to event by written request (e-mail info@thequills.co.uk), after this point all purchases are non-refundable

In-store Loyalty Scheme (New 30 stamp cards fromJune 2016)

One stamp will be issued per drink purchased during any visit, including takeaway drinks.  Free products can be redeemed at any time, but only one free item per visit will be permitted.  Free items offered cannot be exchanged for any other item than that stated, except that, a hot drink may be taken in place of any other free item.

Customers are welcome to leave named cards on site in our index system, however we will not be responsible for any cards lost while left on site.  Every care will be taken to keep cards within the index, however errors can occur.  Replacement cards with stamps will not be provided and the customer will need to start a new card.

Stamps cannot be collected retrospectively if not requested on a previous visit.

The stamp & loyalty system is a complimentary reward scheme, offered at the discretion of the business, and can be withdrawn at any time.  Any free sandwich/flatbread or meal accrued excludes premium meat products e.g. Steak
